How to Hard Reset Itel A11 - Hardware Key Buttons:

1. Be sure that your device has at least %50 charge life.

2. Power off your device and wait a few seconds.

3. Press and hold Volume Down + Power buttons together.

4. When you see the ITEL logo let go of the Power key. Keep Holding the Volume Down button till you see Android Robot image "No Command" pops up.

5. Hold the Power button and after 2 seconds press Volume Up button.

6. Leave all the buttons when Recovery Mode screen appears.

7. Go to Wipe Data / Factory Reset option using Volume Down and press Power button to confirm it.

8. Go to Yes –Delete All User Data using Volume Down and press Power button to continue.

9. After the process finishes, go to Reboot System Now and press Power button.

After a few minutes, your device will reboot and factory data reset process finishes. First opening can be a little longer than usual. At the welcome screen, login your Google account and you can start Restore Data process.
